Personal Use
AngeloAlfonso is licensed for personal, non-commercial listening use inside the app. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or sublicense any audio content provided through the app.
Content Ownership
All instrumental and vocal music is created by Angelo Alfonso and copyrighted by Godd Technologies LLC through GoddTech Music, its music label. Music, audio loops, artwork, and app content are owned or controlled by GoddTech Music. All rights are reserved unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Wellness and Listening Use
AngeloAlfonso is a music and relaxation app for general listening. It is not intended for health decisions, emergency use, or professional care. For health concerns, contact a qualified professional.

Purchases
The current App Store release offers Premium Pack 1 as an optional non-consumable, one-time Apple In-App Purchase. Version 1.3 has been submitted to Apple App Review with a separate non-consumable, one-time unlock for Before the Choice… Let It Go. AngeloAlfonso does not offer a subscription. Apple handles payment processing and refund requests under Apple's applicable terms. Godd Technologies LLC does not collect or store payment card details.
Restore Purchases
If you previously purchased Premium Pack 1, you can restore the eligible purchase through the app's Restore Purchases control. The submitted version 1.3 update also restores an eligible separate vocal-video purchase after Apple approves and releases that update. Apple StoreKit verifies each entitlement.
Streaming and Availability
Full-length videos require an internet connection and are delivered through infrastructure providers acting on behalf of Godd Technologies LLC. Playback availability, startup time, and quality may vary based on network conditions, device capabilities, and temporary service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
AngeloAlfonso is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Godd Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AngeloAlfonso after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
