Personal Use
AngeloAlfonso is licensed for personal, non-commercial listening use inside the app. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or sublicense any audio content provided through the app.
Content Ownership
All music, audio loops, artwork, and app content are owned or controlled by GoddTech Music, a label of Godd Technologies LLC. All rights are reserved unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Wellness and Listening Use
AngeloAlfonso is a music and relaxation app for general listening. It is not intended for health decisions, emergency use, or professional care. For health concerns, contact a qualified professional.
Purchases
All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple manages payment processing, refunds, and subscriptions according to Apple's terms and conditions. Godd Technologies LLC does not collect or store payment card details.
Restore Purchases
If you have previously purchased the premium unlock, you can restore your purchase at any time through the Settings tab in the app. Restore Purchases uses Apple StoreKit to verify your entitlement.
Limitation of Liability
AngeloAlfonso is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Godd Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AngeloAlfonso after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
